Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or worn
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@sportsworldwide.com.au and we'll arrange this for you.
